work was.. we had some ridiculously patronising training today -that was clearly set up to meet a target rather than to address any identified need - so we sat there, doing multiple choice questions on what we should do as employers in relation to disability issues. We did the multiple choice quiz, and we listened to a poorly researched tirade. Yet, with just a little effort it could have ben focussed so well - things we need to be aware of as practitioneers, things we could advise our offenders on etc - instead it just rubbed us all up the wrong way. Pah
