Oh, that's horrible. ::hugs really a lot:: I hate cars, and things always go wrong and it's the worst feeling in the world and I hate it and ::hugs more:: It'll get sorted and eventually it'll all be in the past, and that's what I always tell myself, but I have no helpfulness about mending and selling and stuff, but you'll be okay because I say so. ::HUGS::

And the receptionist sounds awful and that's just rubbish because she is letting down her ENTIRE profession.
