Argh - I hate those unexplained mood swings.. especially if they change that fast...but take comfort in the fact that you're not alone... and coming on here for a bit of a rant I find always helps...

As for the brother and friend just assuming you'll do things for them... blehhhh... I would say just refuse - but I think you're probably to nice for that !
