Why did this episode make me cry? Those boys need to hug. How can episode that starts me off with lascivious thoughts of Dean on his vibrating bed (we *were* meant to immediately assume he was masturbating weren't we - in the very first seconds I mean, before we saw the vibrato bed). Buit how can a story that starts with that, end up with such sombre feelings?

I don't really wanna get into the God thing, but was it my own projection that saw dean seem betrayed or at the very least disappointed when Sam said he prayed? Such a strange and upsetting epiode - which I think must come from my own issues, because on a surface level - nothing there to unsettle.

Yesterday I watched 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12. When Dean said
"He said I might have to kill you, Sammy*" Oh my days. JA does the reluctant emotion wonderfully. And then there was argument. And then Dean BEGGED Sam. And there was hostage and rope and gagging. and bondage and rope and Dean gagged. And some rope and being tied up and. :Breath: And the "It doesn't mater, he's my brother" and the tiniest amount of face holding. And some rope.

*Sammy. Nicknames always have the power to send me to mush. All the entitlement and knowledge and love encapsulated in a shortened/extended or newly bestowed name - gets me everytime. I have always been extra susceptible to Sam/Sammy though. When I was in my late teens I named my diary - it was Sam, and heard my deepest confessions for years (now I just share it with the internet!). And then there was Al and Sam, and whenever Al called him Sammy or Sammy Boy I melted a litle extra. Now. Now we have Dean calling him Sammy with a litle crack in his voice and it's lovely.

Then there was Sam calling Dean butch and overcompensating. That was yaysome.

"I need you to look out for me."
" I always do"

There isn't the wonderful free touching, hugging and caressing that my SH boys have, but by god it's there.

Question: I have 12 epsiodes of season 3 d/loaded. Is that all that has been shown or are there more? The helpful list of available eps I had only went as far as 12 - are there more. I am trying to get all caught up in time for the next episodes to be shown. (And so I can read fics and look at links and join the coms!)

Did I mention the rope?

You're up to date for the moment, there are four more episodes due toward the end of April (this show had a lot of hiatuses even without the strike)

Thanks - I didn't want to watch the 12, settle down to the 'new' ones and find I was still missing some!

Only 20 eps left!

I think they're showing three of the season 3 repeats starting tomorrow night, then comes the final four.
