mixed post of randomness

I've been watching things. Some things I won't link you to - ie not even I'm sure why I watched a video of a chap called Mark watching Buffy, Once More, With feeling. 50 minutes of overhearing the soundtrack and watching his face. Yet I was not bored and he seems quite charming.

Some I will: There was this, which I know is a hundred years old, but I haven't seen it before and I'm astonished at how well it was done.

This vid annoys me though, because it's flipped from the one I saw this morning and I can't find that one.

Then I've been watching this, which is lovely lovely lovely.

This reminded me of that yuletide multi fandom video (to Angel of the Morning I think) which is also wonderful, but that was on my other laptop so I couldn't find it again.

So. I also watched White Collar in which Neal wore a wonderful cardigan and there was a slightly bizarre plot.

And last night I watched my first ever Lewis! I might be a little smitten. Hathaway sounded nothing like I would have predicted, but I really liked the dynamic between them - and I imagine I lucked out and watched one of the more slashy episodes (I don't know what it was called, but it was very angsty). I liked it though and shall seek out more.

Hmm yes, and now to watch this weeks Suits...

OH MY GOD men (and Julie Andrews) dancing together are one of my favourite things ever. I loved that very, even with all the Dr Who bits. I mostly loved all the ballroom stuff and the Argentine tango couple. I didn't recognise much of it and now want to watch all of it. I recognised Billy Elliot (also in the clip right after that one of the men looked a lot like Jamie Bell, but I'm not sure), and Third Rock From the Sun. It was lovely anyway. They should've put Michael Sheen and Tim Spall in there from The Damned United, but still.

Do not fear, no Doctor Who in there (although there was Torchwood in there,so you're not completely safe, oh and the marvellous Blackpool).

I particularly enjoyed Gene Kelly and the chaps doing the Tango, and a bit which I think was Billy's Hollywood kiss or some such thing, I like 'clever' dancing (bits that make me gape a little, I'm sure the choreographers would have proper names for their moves).

here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqso1C32vC0
is the proper you tube post and all the bits are listed in there. I would have liked to see Happy Texas and Beautiful Thing in there too - but I like seeing chaps dancing so I'm not fussy!

Oh, I thought I saw David Tennant and assumed that was Who. I sincerely hope I haven't started hallucinating David Tennant.

Hee - never fear, Tennant was in there, but clips were from Blackpool, a pre WHO show.

btw - do you like my SRK icon?

heee! It's reading a few fics that made me watch in the first place - I fell a little in love with Hathaway from reading him - I shall definitely pop over there and see what there is to offer!
