My puddy cat has 13 less teeth today.

And I have 300 less pounds.

Vetses is expensive.

They gave me the whole, "He'll sleep, not go out or want to eat much" talk - Rufus wasn't listening and has proceeded to devour some chicken, patrol his estate and loll around looking cutesome and sweet. No hesitation in necking the chicken either, considering he has 13 holes in his gums. He's a lot hardier than I am when it comes to dentistry, that's for certain.

Haha it makes you wonder if the vets know animals at all - he sounds like a brave kitty - but then I guess they don't have the whole time to worry about these things beforehand :)

And as you actually manage to go to the dentist you're still far braver than I am

Heh - the pet returned to owners before me was a giant golden labrador - the nurse sat there and gave the same spiel, whilst the dog was leaping around with glee, nearly knocking the owners off their feet and bounding about the waiting area!

I do go - in the field of dentistry alone I'm a keen "prevention is better than cure" person. Even though my determination does waver at every 6 month check up!

Ouch. Vet is damn expensive, this is true. Hopefully a repeat visit is not needed for a while.
