Naarmamo day 16





Still trying to draw faces - I think they are getting slowly better - I draw them in pencil at work, then pen over them, which gives me a chance to get rid of the worst errors, I know I have a ways to go, but I feel I am moving in the right direction.

nb - 'drawing them at work' makes me feel like I'm at school again - I keep covering what I'm doing! - everytime someone walks past my door I get ready to shove the paper out of sight, or put a book on top or something! I'm one step away from wrapping my arm round my desk so no-one can 'copy' me!!!

ah.. well.. sort of. yes and no. I had the option of an office to myself, but rejected that, 'cos it gets a bit lonely. Gareth and I share an office. We generally keep our door closed and discourage interaction however. This week he is on leave, so I am entirely mistress of my own office.
It is a nice office. When g and I first arrived we moved all the furniture and put it where we wanted it. It is different to every other office in the building, and is the best. yes. We bought our own kettle to avoid other folk, and it is all swimmingly lovely.
