Jul. 11th, 2006 11:17 pmMy bean bag sofa is mighty fine.
I have been watching Scrubs. Dr Cox is partifcularly fine. Have you all noticed his incredibly lovely, curly hair?
I ordered QL season 3, cos it was cheap and I want it. Also brokeback - cos it was cheap and I think I should have it, even though I didn't really like it in the cinema - I think I shoudl try again, because I did like the book. I also have Garteh Marenghi on order, and Beyond The Sea. Lots of dvds.
I have been thinking about vicars and priests (because of
ironicdutchess )
I think fictional and military clergy are very appealing, and fictional military clergy even more so. (I don't include Richard Chamberlain in this 'cos I find him a little creepy - and crepey) - Can I give any examples? Father Mulcahey obviously, also the Priest in the book Flanders is very lovely. He was in the army and made me cry. Hmm. I have a blank now. Obviously I have more of them in my head, then there are in the rest of the world. Even so they win a little.
There were Priests in, er, Priest. that had Tom Wilkinson as one and he is also very good. and Robert Carlyle, you know, had a priest in that movie, which was pretty. there were lots of real Priests in Rome - there was a calandar too. I'm sure there are more that I will think of.
