I'm going grey in stripes. I am turning into Sam Beckett and will, one day have a perfect strip of white hair. I don't remember merging my brain cells with anyone else, but Sam didn't remember that either, so I am waiting poised and anticipating for my hologramatic guide from the future to turn up and make sense of my life for me. I'm sure it will be anyday now.

Alan Davies looks so appealingly bemused at times.

I stripped my bed this morning, and have only just remembered that I haven't made it anew. Of course, in response to this memory I am watching QI and posting this.

When it's windy, my house makes a lot of noises. It whistles and something talks to me. It's just a murmur just out of hearing. It's annoying and disconcerting in equal measure. It could of course mean that there is actually someone upstairs. I can't bring myself to be alarmed about that, I just hope they'll make the bed for me.

John Sessions never looks appealingly bemused. In fact he never looks appealing. He looks apalling. Apallingly smug. He does irritate me.
