Probably having been up since 4am doesn't help. Pains all day don't help either. Nor does the fact that my office is small, the window opens only 6inches, the radiator is broken and fixed on full blast, on the top heat setting. I've had a heat pad on my stomach all day and a hot water bottle at my back. Being a woman sucks sometimes.
And my mp3 is broken. I know it serves me right for buying cheap, but even at £30 I expect it to last longer than 2 weeks. So now I have to faff around taking that back. And P went off on a whole spiel about how I'd have to delete everything before I took it back and that just irritated me and tee hee it was a joke and raragh.
On the positive side I've now completed two of the reports I'm in the middle of writing. The second one took me from 10 to 5 today. I have to start (and complete) another tomorrow, before another one starts Thursday. On top of that I have 3 'reviews' outstanding, plus the equivalent of 3 days work left over from when I was on leave. Are holidays ever worth it? Sorry this started out as a 'positive' paragraph. Oops.
Today was the funeral of that Probation Officer who got killed by the cows. I didn't know her, but half the office did, and so attended.
