Jun. 23rd, 2008 12:06 amToday has been mellow. I took a day off. I did washing and wshing up, and I spoke to Mum (3 times!)- but I didn't go up to visit today. I just needed a day 'out'.
So, chores apart, I took a long bath, I've read zines, I watched Sweeney Todd (which was much more brutal than I anticipated!), I watched Top Gear - and like the rest of the watching world am ( wondering ), I posted some music, I worked on my own fic and I chilled.
And I feel so much better for it.
A 'me' day before I go back to work tomorrow. Now at least I can pretend that my leave was actually a holiday.
