Happy Birthday to me!
Dec. 24th, 2010 11:51 pmI've had a lovely day.
Woken at 7.30 with a cat on my head! But it stayed mellow from thereon in. Visit from friend Jo in the morning, then a gentle stroll into a suprisingly peaceful town - where I treated myself to a new outfit, a new necklace and some perfume (all reduced in sales), oh and a Belgian bun! Well, it is my birthday*
Then home and a visit from other friend Jo and her two beautiful girls, then I visited my parents, then went to P's for tea and chats etc.
And now I'm home and relaxed and mellow in my pjs all ready for the morrow's celebrations.
Presents: Supernatural companions season 3 and 4 ( I now have the complete set), a coat, gloves, big fluffy socks, smellies, a cook book, a book on building a sketch book/improving drawing (confidence if not skill) and a calandar.

**Brit folks, there was an advert on in I think the 80s, where the tag lne was "Well, it is my birthday" - can anyone remember what it was for?
