THIS IS THE VERY THING YES. It's almost unwatchable.
When Shane agreed to kill Vic that one time a few seasons ago and I was watching with my sister she got cramp because it was TOO EXCITING and she was shrieking at SHane and screaming becasue of cramp and it was the most hilarious thing and the truest reaction to the shield ever.
I hate that they got rid of Lem and Ronnie wants to leave and is broken and Vic made him kill someone and I can't believe how hopeless Shane is and how Vic just needs to make everything alright again but clearly can't and OH GOD I HOPE THEY ALL DIE. I honestly think that maybe them all dying would be slightly less painful than the idea of them trying to cope forever with their complete lack of cope. I love Ronnie's scars. And when he smiles at Lem. Not that that happens all that often and less now but OH GOD. OH GOD LEM OH GOD. I can't believe Shane. Or his wife. Or Vic.
I love Dutch. I think they very much decided that Dutch had just got over killing cats because they didn't have time to deal with that. I think it would have been quite a nice thing for them to deal with now that the strike team are shattered but maybe they should have given themselves a few more episodes.
Maybe Lem isn't really dead. I thought that quite often during this episode. Maybe he'll just turn up again and it will be OKAY. Maybe Vic will go crazy and make a fantasy world for himself where Lem and Shane are happy and beautiful and he can love them and look after them and it will end with Vic broken and institutionalised and living in his head with his strike team in a happy sunny world of laughter? MAYBE.
