I have been on training courses where I found out during the course that I knew more about the subject than the trainers. I also managed to direct the trainers in the direction of good data/information that would help the course.
I enjoyed them as it give me a confidence boost!
I never figured out what I thought about the trainers though. On the one hand they were starting from a conclusion they wanted to reach and then worked back to the theory. Bad. On the other they were good trainers earning a living. Understandable.
