With regards my heart thing; the only thing I was slightly concerned about was the treadmill thing itself, I had long since resolved myself that there was naught wrong. (I'm very much an anti-hypochondriac really, one of the 'it won't happen to me' brigade) ((Although superstitious enough to figuratively touch wood after typing that))
