Hmm... I had supervision with my manager yesterday, our last one and I told him that I was disappointed not to have him as a manager at the new office. He fished for a few compliments asking me why etc (!). He then explained that he was aware his approach was somewhat chaotic with Supervision being missed (ie every 6 weeks turns into every 4 months or so), then added... "Mind you, you keep me in line and point out when I haven't done what I'm supposed to..... which hasn't always been welcomed!"
hee! Maybe I need a few more lessons in diplomacy!
I'm going to miss him though, if for no other reason then he lets me manage myself!
