lolabobsOh, going back to work after leave is so very depressing. pmt starting too which doesn't help.. (Does the pill prevent this?)
yesterday - Hen Night - when did hen nights become hen weeks? Two friends are marrying over the next two months - their hen celebrations: 5 days in Barcelona for one, 4 days at Alton Towers for the other. The thought of that literally makes me feel sick with anxiety. Thankfully they had a joint hen 'meal' last night (for the boring friends who didn't go away!), so I went to that instead. Sometimes I really do harumph at myself for my antisocialness - it was ok, but only 'cos I knew I could leave when I wanted to!
Spent the day on my todd today (apart from necessary supermarket shopping, and a Father's day visit to the folks), received slightly snarky texts from a friend who wanted me to go out. (I have had a week off, and have been out every single day . Let me have a rest!I need me time!
Watched Doctor Who - I liked more than I expected but the paving stone thing? the sex life?! Can I say EUW.
David Tenant on the confidential thing afterwards tho - with that full and dark beard? Can I say Ohhh.
