Oct. 26th, 2006 10:30 pmWe teach our offenders about SIDs (seemingly irrelevent decisions) and PIGs (Problems of Immediate Gratification), amongst other things.
This is a Seemingly Irrelevent Post. I am once again, bleurghy, pointlessly flat. Yet have felt happy all day, been really busy, got some fab things arrive in the post (those would be the PIGs, omg my eBay account has taken a hammering this month!), did some propa gud work with some of my offenders, including bantering "whatever" and "loser" back and forth with one of them(!). Strange.
Oh it is my anniversary too! I have been qualified for a whole year now! (which also means a whole year - just a bit over in fact - since I had to hand in any essays, sit any exams or make up any NVQs! Wow.) Also I don't have to go to work tomorrow (but do have to have lunch with my brother's ex-wife and her mum!). I imagine I will also insist upon going shopping and buying something (more PIGs).
