Jun. 28th, 2008 10:58 pm1. Today Paula invited me to go fruitpicking with her. We set off, got very hot in the car 'cos the traffic was manky, got there and realised they had already picked fruit....
2. We bought lots of fruit, got back in the car and drove home! Who needs all that bending and insects and smelliness?
3. I picked strawberries for a job one summer. I was often working ankle deep in diluted manure (the strawberries themselves were in raised runnel things) - it lost its pastoral appeal quite quickly.
4. I have eaten two pounds of strawberries today.
5. Uh oh.

I had my hair cut today - not short short or anything, but for some reason it's gone really really curly. REALLY curly.

Doctor Who - I will withold my final verdict until I see what they do with the cliffhanger next week - let's just say it has the potential to be a bit wow. Let's see if RTD delivers!
