Yay.

There may be reportage later, but in the meantime, have some photos. Not too many I promise.




The pool - empty-ish the first few days, then suddenly everyone arrived and it was heaving thereafter. nice and big tho.

Then there was real, natural expanse of water..

the wind was horrendous here, and blew the sand everywhere.

The post boxes were yellow


The food portions were huge. This was my friend's starter


This was mine - it was on every menu and listed as a local speciality - "Canarian Potatoes with Mojo Sauce"... this is what came..

A dish of small boiled potatoes, a pot of sauce alongside! (one menu translation fornthe dish that I noticed after this day listed the meal as 'small, wrinkled skins' !

Yes, the weather here has been lovely since I got back. It's nice cos it's warm without being stifling.

The pool was gorgeous, I used to just flaot around relishing the water and the freedom.
