I stumbled across the finale of season 6 Buffy on tv tonight, I ended up watching it with a sappy smile. I'd forgotten a little how much I love Giles and Willow and Xander, and it was such a Giles, Willow and Xander centric episode. Yay.
Also tv related I watched Suits today (also yay!) - who was the man who played the man who didn't like Harvey very much? I don't think that can be classed a spoiler. I watched it and I still love it, but.
It makes me anxious when I watch it. Not like The Shield used to - that was a kind of terror and high stress. This is still stress, but different. Clearly linked to my own anxieties, it has something to do with Louis and the bullying and a fear of humiliation I think. Every time it seems that Mike may be humiliated I start to feel tense.
It's strange, I don't normally feel anxiety when viwing tv no matter how into it I am. I can be scared *for* the characters, or worried about what's going to happen, but I don't often get that clenching in my tummy.
Clearly recognising some of my own anxieties and stresses!

Maybe it'll teach you that when you have those feelings you'll just remember that Harvey loves you and be fine again.
