lolabobsIn other news was much better this week. Danny was there in (shallow moment) open necked shirt. There was banter and actual interaction between Steve and Danno and even conversation that enables me to hope/imagine/suppose/daydream that Steve will invite D to live with him :P
Chin was angst filled and whichever Baldwin it was looked young and sad when he was laying injured. It felt very fannon-y when Chin was all zen and patient waiting at the hotel.
On the negative side I thought Malia's outfit was terrible and they needed a bt more time to develop the 'Baldwin was an ex partner angst' if they wanted that emotion to catch. (Although I can still see there being some 'Danny/Steve wonders what they'd do if Steve/Danny betrayed them and angst happens but then Steve/Danny/Danny/Steve finds ways to reassure him it would never happen' fics popping up!)
And oh good lord, try as I might I can't like Lori. With her 'I'm being serious with a gun' face and teh quite painful 'ooh, you're like Steve' comments and I want to not dislike her, I'll sette for just being not bothered by her, but they're making me struggle.
Oh but back to positives: Kono undercover was finally revealed -seriously is there *anyone* who didn't see that from the very beginning? - and so she and her beautiful hair are back on side. The Reservoir Dogs style walk at the end was grand (and those leg holsters framed parts of Steve very noticeably) and oh, I don't care how cheesy it was or how ridiculous, Steve punching oojamaflip and warning him away from his team was fantastic! Hurrah!
