Just gotten back from seeing Evita. Che was played by Marti Pellow and I looked upon it and it was good. Mainly. Well, no, it was, good staging and Evita was very good (brittle and harsh, but very tragic at the end) - and Che was good - there were only two flaws really - and these both came from me, not his performance. You know, I really love that musical. Antonio was just marvelous and his presence just can't be matched, IMO.
