lolabobsnaarmamo day 9!
Well then, I did go taking photographs of angelic statues/monuments, and some were ok - but then I found water colours for sale and arty photography went out the window! - I will return to the snaps later ( August is a long month!) but I bought watercolours!
eeee! What fun.
so - first one - used thick paper, just soaked up the paint, only had rubbisht brush - oh yeah, and can't actually paint..
So then I abandoned nature and copied a painting I have on my wall - this (the original!) was brought for me in South Africa and encapsulates 'naive' art. My copy - well it's colourful!
So then, I ruined several other sheets of paper - but then, just as I was packing up I found a teeny little notepad, and with all that white paper looking at me I had one more little try.. and done the best one! sort of lupins/sort of red hot pokers, made up (evidently!) but quite pretty!
now then.. what shall I do tomorrow!
